Re: Hi, to everyone
perfectly normal to see a tiny amount from the grid. You can ask your installer to update your firmware and then adjust the meter compensation to between -20 to -50 until you're just exporting a tiny bit.
I cover it in this video

Re: FoxCloud / Energy Stats values not in sync
You can really only go by the fox app as ES goes off the openapi which might have changed recently.
Compare with your utility meter to confirm which one is closer to being correct.

Re: Stopping Car Charger from using House Battery (Again)
Try moving to the green dot with the arrow point up, wait 5mins for the inverter data to update and then try a test charge and see if if the fox system covers the load but not the car charging.
If that doesn't work move to the red dot with the arrow pointing down and retest.

I've made short video about what an Error Code 210 - BMS Temperature Low normally means and what I found it to be during a recent call out.

That is odd, I would recommend asking your installer to update the firmware and check the settings.

You're going to need to provide an example please, I've read it twice and I'm not following. What I can confirm is that I have a number of H1 gen2 working fine with HA.

DO NOT connect a string inverter to the EPS port. It's not supported or recommended.

Re: Solar CT clamp placement
You would need to wire a second CT2 to pins 5 + 6 and have the clap clips to the live output of the micro inverter and enable to sensor on the inverter under settings > feature >ct >ct2 enable.

Re: 2 Day Post Install Question
Gosh, what an awful post-install experience. Your installer should be the ones applying firmware updates. If they wash their hands of supporting you with a simple button click what will your experience be should you have a hardware failure?

Re: 2 Day Post Install Question
Hello,
Ask your installer to update your firmware.
As for the revenue figure it's simply unit rate set under site details times the output of the inverter so it's very useful.
