Ignore the ip stuff on the inverter screen or app. just set the wifi ssid from the drop down and password. Hit save and then check in the fox app if it starts talking to the fox cloud after 5mins.

I would guess the CT isn't enabled on the inverter or the ct placement is wrong.

Appears to add a new advanced option for N to PE bounding but I've requested more details.

It's a known issue that is being investigated by the app author and Fox currently.

Don't get me wrong, the Mira25 is still a great product and you'll be very impressed with their performance.

Exactly, the KH will keep the voltage flat so you won't notice any voltage peaks and dips.

USB is the latest gen 3 version. the gen 2 you can update the default password. I'm just testing a gen 3 now and see if on the latest version this has been added.

The new installer can contact fox and fox can remove the previous binding and allow the inverter and datalogger to be adaptable again. No need to buy anything it's all just software and database records that Fox are happy to help.

An update for the KH was released today, these versions are now:

Master : 1.34
Slave : 1.01
Manager : 1.27

Does your datalogger use USB or is it the 4 pin connector?

Sounds like the DNO can just tap it down slightly at the sub station and you'll be fine or you may need a voltage optimiser installed for your property. Please keep us updated.

Does the v3 not have the option to change the AP default password like the v2 can? Under port settings on my H1 module I see password option. I'll check if my K series v3 has the same option or maybe it's just missing on the v3 for now.

Good point, even the HV2600 manual doesn't state the update process. As per Dave, I would contact Fox and have them do the update over the air for you.

If you're on the fence get a HV2600, if you don't have batteries yet, I would personally go for the ECS cube style battery as they're the latest generation of battery.

If your site is not already claimed by an agent account set one up and link it so you get access to the firmware manager.

Foxess's latest update is that they're aware of the problem and are making changes to their server scaling policy to resolve the timeouts.

I believe it's back now.

I have tested this on desktop and I can generate a new key fine in clear text. Might be something odd with the mobile version. Tryin generating on a desktop and emailing it to your phone.

So the way fox have developed their on grid inverters is so that it's grid synchronised. If you turn on a high load like an oven or kettle it would make LED lights flicker until the battery catches up with the new house demand.
