The agent account is linked to the datalogger and the basic overview comes up but it seems that an inverter can only be assocoated with one account - in this case the installer account. The inverter cannot be accessed. Adding the existing installer account to the agent account does not seem to be ...

two hv2600 connected in series to BMS connected to AC 3-7 Hybrid inverter.
All installed as per Fox videos and manual.
question does you bms have the Battery awaken breaker?

bms.jpg That's the problem. With two batteries in series the voltage is about 50 volts so the batteries are part discharged. Connecting to the HV1 inverter and powering on gives zero result so no communication to the inverter. so is there a minimum voltage required to power the BMS? Also checking ...
