After finally getting it all working, after being sent a new LAN dongle, has been working fine for 2 weeks. Now has suddenly stopped working yesterday. Restarted everything, no change. Not even showing as connected to our network (even though LAN), so cannot check if it is on the correct IP to put ...

Thanks @Dave Foster for replying. We have both, but never had any luck with any. Finally got a useful response from Fox Ess, who after my doing a load of videos for them sent out a new LAN dongle.
