try to disconnect your Wifi Router for a moment.
If you hava a new Thing on the Wifi it can be, that the Router have two devices at one Adress, then isnt good..

Unfortunately, when I first registered with FoxCloud, I specified Installer instead of Agent. Now I have deleted the installer account and created an agent account under the same name.
