How did you link agent account with your user account, to be able to manage your own installation?

Had the same fault codes you mentioned after finally getting my V1 & V2 setup completed with V2 BMS.

Followed instructions and no more fault codes!

Have managed to find my whole system is V1 not the V2 my installer Dual Fuel Solutions told me they would be installing!

New here, I am about to expand my battery with 3 more.

My current batteries are version D I was told this is V2.0 when installed, however now not so sure.

Anyway my main issue is I have ordered 3x V2 battery and now not sure if my BMS is V2.

Anyone know how to tell the difference?
