Hi,

I am a new Fox ESS user and its only been a month I have installed Fox T3 On-Grid. My inverter is showing an error today after my street transformer malfunction. After power resumption its constantly showing "CODE-11 Communication Fault between Manager and Master. My installer has been unable to diagnose the issue. Can anybody there help? Or must I visit the warranty center to get it fixed?

It’s possibly a firmware mismatch that is causing the problem - but either way I would recommend that if your installer is not able to correct it, that you contact FoxESS service and ask them for their advice.
