Battery low voltage fault

Hi

Forgive me if this topic has already been covered and I missed it! I've just connected a cm4800 battery to our fox 6kw hybrid inverter, however when I turn the battery on I get a battery low voltage error on the inverter screen, is there something simple I'm doing wrong? On the battery itself it shows 2 soc lights, with the slave light flashing (we have no slave) and thr master light.

Any help would be appreciated

You can’t connect just a CM4800 to a system, it has to be wired in with at least 1 slave attached - it needs the master/slave combo to get past the minimum voltage.

Spec sheet attached.

Thanks for your reply, does the slave battery need to be the same size as the master? Or can I fit the 2.9kw slave?

Thanks again

The slave has to be the same size as the master (and any other slaves)
