App has just stopped working - showing offline

After finally getting it all working, after being sent a new LAN dongle, has been working fine for 2 weeks. Now has suddenly stopped working yesterday.
Restarted everything, no change. Not even showing as connected to our network (even though LAN), so cannot check if it is on the correct IP to put it in the DMZ.
Worried as this is exactly the same as the originally LAN dongle, which never worked.
