Sorry to say but I think i’ve gone as far as I can - something not stacking up so the best plan now is to raise it with Fox, we really need some remote diagnostics to work out what is going on.

I gather that on Friday Fox updated the OpenAPI and it has broken the scheduler which reports 41200 query failed messages (and ES uses OpenAPI) - Fox have been notified about it, we’re just waiting on a resolution now.

There have been a few problems with the scheduler as of late - it has to be set equal to or greater than your current minSoC but that looks ok - can I suggest you go to the Fox cloud website, edit and save the template there - hopefully that will work.

If you have a negative load and no external generation - you either have the CT clamp located in the wrong place, or it is orientated the wrong way round. i’m guessing this is a new install - so the best option is to contact your installer and let them know there is a problem with the CT clamp. The parallel facility is only available on the G2 inverter which was released earlier this year (as well as the H3, KH series), the earlier generation of H series does not support parallel operation.

That's a solar only inverter, you have 2 options. The easiest would be to upgrade to a hybrid (H series) and replace the S series altogether - the hybrid will take your PV string feeds and connect to a battery blending both to power your home, charge your batteries, export to grid etc... as desired....
